WHAT TO EXPECT FROM PEDALL RIDE SESSIONS

Knowledgeable guides

We run year-round sessions, led by our qualified team. We make sure you don’t get lost and have trained mechanics riding with you just in case you need them. All our routes are risk assessed and we check for any Forestry works ahead of schedule.

We chat as we cycle, so you’ll get to meet new people and learn about the New Forest. Our guides and volunteers will also be on hand to help you find the best cycle for you on your introduction session.

Specialist cycles

We have one of the most diverse fleets of specialist cycles in the south, with over 40 cycles featuring a range of different seating and steering positions. Most have three or four wheels to provide extra stability, but we also have 2-wheeled bikes available. Your free introduction session will help you choose the best cycle for you, which you can then book when you ride with us again.

Fitness, fun and wellbeing

It’s important to stay active to benefit your physical and mental wellbeing, and some of our riders have developed better gross motor skills and improved their social skills since taking part.

Our rides are not only great for exercise and meeting people, but they also get you outside enjoying nature in a friendly environment. As an inclusive activity we encourage family members, friends and carers to join in and share the experience. PEDALL gives families an opportunity to enjoy an activity together, sometimes even for the first time.
