Description

IMPORTANT BOOKING INFORMATION:

All riders and carers must attend an introduction session before booking a Guided Ride.

An introduction session is for those who haven’t ridden with us before and would like to give it a try. With no pressure from us, you can try out the variety of cycles we have to offer. No matter what your barrier is, whether it’s a physical, mental or social barrier we will try our best to get you riding. On an Introduction session, we will have all our bikes out for you to try, from regular 2-wheel mountain bikes to Hand-trikes and tandems.

Introduction sessions are free for one rider plus one carer per ticket. Each session will be approximately one hour long from our base in Ashurst. https://www.pedall.org.uk/location/ Please Use Google link or What3Words, NOT THE POST CODE!!!

Please let us know of any medical needs which may be of importance in the notes or via email: [email protected].

By booking a PEDALL ride you are agreeing to our Terms and Conditions.

Due to the nature of the environment, it is essential that groups display appropriate behaviour at all times and it is within the discretion of PEDALL staff to curtail the visit should poor behaviour prove hazardous to the individual, group or staff.

The prime responsibility for administering first aid remains with the visiting group leader/parent/carer.

PEDALL staff responsibilities:

During the visit, PEDALL staff members will coordinate the activities and the delivery of the session advising the group of any known hazards that may be appropriate. PEDALL staff will be qualified in First Aid and will carry a first aid kit during the visit, although the prime responsibility for administering First Aid remains with the group leader/parent/carer. Group leaders/parents/carers are asked to raise, or ensure that group staff/parents/carers raise, any issues/learning points noticed or encountered at an event with PEDALL staff or volunteers to aid in providing safe and enjoyable events for future participants.
