Pass the PEDALL Festival 2026
Thank you to everyone who joined us on Saturday 26th September 2026 at New Park, Brockenhurst, for Pass the PEDALL 2026 – a celebration of inclusive cycling in the New Forest.
Together, we smashed our 10,000 km cycling challenge and reached our £10,000 fundraising goal! Around 500 people joined us for a fantastic day of cycling, community and celebration, helping to show just how much can be achieved when people come together.
And the campaign doesn’t have to stop there. You can still donate to Pass the PEDALL and help keep inclusive cycling moving in the New Forest.

A celebration of inclusive cycling
Pass the PEDALL 2026 brought together families, riders, volunteers, organisations and supporters from across the New Forest for a day of cycling, fundraising and fun.
We were delighted to welcome nine organisations that regularly ride with PEDALL, including SCARF New Forest, MENCAP New Forest, Dimensions, Hill House School, Sheiling College and School, Dementia Friendly Hampshire, Achieve Together and Minstead Trust.
A highlight of the day was the Chase the Sun family challenge, with 130 children and their families getting involved and helping to clock up the kilometres.
There was plenty more happening throughout the day. Girls That Ride Bikes organised a social ride to help complete the 10,000 km challenge, while the New Forest Community Police security marked 20 bikes.
We were also delighted to welcome Jorvik Tricycles, who showcased their specialist tricycles and demonstrated how adapted equipment can help make cycling accessible to more people.

Why does it matter?
Pass the PEDALL was about much more than kilometres and fundraising. Every pound raised helps PEDALL continue providing inclusive cycling opportunities for people of all ages and abilities across the New Forest.
Funds raised through the campaign support PEDALL’s mission to provide inclusive cycling opportunities for over 5,000 rides each year, helping to fund the maintenance of our specialist cycle fleet, volunteer training and support, and the continued delivery of inclusive guided cycle rides throughout the year.
For riders with additional needs, inclusive cycling creates opportunities for connection, confidence, independence and wellbeing, while providing the chance to meet new people, challenge themselves and celebrate their achievements.
