Welcome to Pass the PEDALL Festival 2026
Calling all pedallers! Join us on Saturday 26th September 2026 at New Park, Brockenhurst, for Pass the PEDALL 2026 – a celebration of inclusive cycling in the New Forest and the final push towards our goal of cycling a combined 10,000 km and raising £10,000 for PEDALL.
This one-day fundraising community event is all about cycling for everyone, regardless of ability. Help us raise funds and awareness for PEDALL, an inspiring initiative that supports riders with additional needs in the beautiful New Forest. Whether you are a cycling enthusiast, a local business, or simply someone passionate about cycling for all, there is something for everyone at this fun-filled day!

What's on?
We’re set for an incredible day of cycling, community and celebration.
Throughout the year, riders, volunteers and supporters have been taking on inspiring cycling challenges to help us reach our goal of cycling a combined 10,000 km and raising £10,000 for inclusive cycling in the New Forest.
Join us at New Park Showground, Brockenhurst, where you can enjoy a festival atmosphere complete with food and drink vendors, community groups, and local cycle providers.
You can also get involved in our exciting relay challenge and help pedal the final kilometres towards our 10,000 km target. From our incredible female volunteers riding 160 km around the New Forest to our very own Gareth Jones taking on the Chase the Sun North ride, followed by a further 600 km journey from Scotland to Birmingham, our community has been clocking up the miles throughout the year.
Last year’s event saw participants collectively cycle more than 3,200 km and raise over £10,000, demonstrating the incredible support behind PEDALL’s mission.

Who will be there?
Families, friends, supporters and local organisations are invited to join the celebration and cheer riders on as we work towards our 10,000 km target.
Regular riding groups, including SCARF New Forest (Supporting Children with Additional Needs, Relatives and Friends) and Dementia Friendly Hampshire, will be joining the PEDALL team, alongside volunteers, supporters and members of the wider New Forest community.
This celebration builds on the success of previous Pass the PEDALL events, bringing people together to champion inclusive cycling, wellbeing and community in the National Park.

Why are we doing this?
Pass the PEDALL 2026 is about more than kilometres cycled. Every mile ridden and every pound raised helps PEDALL continue providing inclusive cycling opportunities for people of all ages and abilities across the New Forest.
All proceeds from the event support our mission to provide inclusive cycling opportunities for over 5,000 rides each year. The campaign helps fund the maintenance of our specialist cycle fleet, volunteer training and support, and the continued delivery of inclusive guided cycle rides throughout the year.
Together, we are creating opportunities for connection, confidence, independence and wellbeing through the simple joy of cycling.
For riders with additional needs, Pass the PEDALL offers an opportunity to meet new people, challenge themselves and celebrate their achievements with pride.
We welcome local cycle clubs, volunteers and businesses to help make the event a true community celebration. We wouldn’t be able to do it without your incredible support.

The event brings together the entire New Forest community for a day of cycling, fun and fundraising.
